What do all of these things have in common?
PASSWORDS
Every. Single. One. I know I am not alone when trying to keep up with what password am I using where and when did I update them last and is it strong enough and…and….and…..
Well, it appears that ChicaLogic has heard my brain melting from trying to remember them all and created Chica Password Manager (valued at $29.95), the password manager and form filler designed by women for women.
Now I know you think all of those slips of paper and whathaveyou’s will work, but why not keep it all in one place, thats made for us by us….and we ALL need to be safe online ALL THE TIME. As the world becomes more digital, the cyber crimes increase and we should all be finding the best way to protect our virtual selves.
From their site:
Chica Password Manager Features:
Creates Strong Passwords – Stores them securely in the encrypted database
Imports Passwords — Automatically imports from other sites and programs
Convenient – One Master Password to remember for all of your accounts
Automatic Logins — Recognizes your password-protected sites and logs you in automatically
Organizes — Arrange your passwords any way you like with the enhanced groups function
Saves Time – Fills in forms online quickly and accurately with one click
Secure Protection — Hackers can’t get to your encrypted passwords and personal information
Trust that this was easier said than done. I tried my best to get this to work for me. It was an epic fail. In reading the user reviews, I feel like a schmuck, but I could not make it work for me. Now, that is not to say that this isn’t an awesome product, because I do think that it is….just not for me….. I couldn’t get the automatic login to work, which was frustrating, so I did give up. I let my trial expire and uninstalled the software.
But don’t just take me word for it. I want you to try it out and tell me what you think, and then what I did wrong.
