Yup, this is late. Sorry…. 🙂
Day 5 – Fear
I have a few fears. Some irrational; some, not so much. Some are debilitating, others, not so much.
Fear can also be an amazing source of energy. It can fuel the most determined procrastinator (like myself) into stepping out of a very comfortable comfort zone. try not to let me fears over take me, but it isn’t always easy.
This year, I have faced some fears that may seem small to you but they are huge for me.
So all of that was to say I am grateful for fear. It has actually given me courage to face it head on. It isn’t easy, and it’s not supposed to be, but it makes me stronger in the end.
Think of your fears, irrational or not, and think about how they can make you better, stronger.

For the month of November as we begin to focus on the Thanksgiving Holiday, I am using this time to refocus my gratefulness for the good, bad & indifferent in my life. For the next 30 days, I am going to post one thing that I am grateful for as a guide to keep seeing the silver linking in all that life has to offer. I encourage you to join me on this journey. It does not have to be anything elaborate and fancy. It can be a simple sentence or a paragraph. The sole purpose of this journey is to redirect any negative energy that may be trying to change your life.
