Day 2 – Friendship
*Sorry for getting this in late. I was a little busy yesterday 🙂 hence today’s title*
Friendships are like fine wine – they older they get, they better they are.
Yesterday I had the privilege of being our some real, good, true friends. The kind that can see you at your worst and still think you are awesome. The kind you drive way too far to see. The kind you help move just because. The kind you love unconditionally, including their children and spouses.
Friendships are a huge part of my life. I need them, at times, like air to breathe. They help me through rough times, they celebrate with me in good times, they all me out when my britches get to big, and the listen when I need to vent.
I am grateful for these bonds that have been honed and polished over the years. Thanks for helping me be a better me.

For the month of November as we begin to focus on the Thanksgiving Holiday, I am using this time to refocus my gratefulness for the good, bad & indifferent in my life. For the next 30 days, I am going to post one thing that I am grateful for as a guide to keep seeing the silver linking in all that life has to offer. I encourage you to join me on this journey. It does not have to be anything elaborate and fancy. It can be a simple sentence or a paragraph. The sole purpose of this journey is to redirect any negative energy that may be trying to change your life.
